Guided Meditation

Enhance your resilience by building connection between your mind, body, and soul in a friendly, open community.

 

The Class will start with gentle stretching, followed by 10 minutes of guided sitting meditation, a walking meditation, and then an unguided 10-minute silent meditation. We will end each class with time to share and build connections. 

​

Please bring a Yoga mat and any other meditation props you like. This is a free class with the option to donate to The Hub.
